Anisa Kureishi has lived in Canada, the USA, Germany, China, and Singapore. In 2009, she performed Mahler’s 4th Symphony with the Singapore Symphony Orchestra for the President and Prime Minister of Singapore. In 2013, she was a prize winner at the Lotte Lehmann Woche (Germany). In 2019, she completed a BA at Harvard University, where she debuted the role of Zorah in Gilbert and Sullivan’s Ruddigore in 2015. In 2021, she debuted the role of the Countess in Mozart’s The Marriage of Figaro at the Lyric Opera Studio Weimar and appeared as a soloist with the Thüringer Symphony Orchestra Saalfeld-Rudolstadt.
