Alessandro Tirotta is a Bass and  Conductor. He started his studies as a violinist and later on as a singer with G. Tirotta, Enzo Dara, Luciana Serra and Ugo Benelli. He has sang extensively under the direction of R.Muti, D.Oren, M.Arena, D.Renzetti, A.Licata, N.Luisotti, Niels Muus in theaters such as Teatro “Bellini” in Catania, Teatro Bunka Kaikan in Tokyo, Auditorio Kursaal in San Sebastian, Sferisterio in Macerata, Teatro “Nuovo”in Spoleto, Festival Biennale in Venice, Teatro “Morlacchi” di Perugia, Kremlin Palace in Moscow, Teatro “Cilea” in Reggio Calabria, Teatro “Bibiena” inMantova, Luglio Musicale Trapanese, Teatro “Vittorio Emanuele” in Messina.  

Alessandro is a musicologist and the author of “Voce of bass and Baritone: dramatic and evolutionary use in the late Verdi Operas “ , book that can be found in many prestigious libraries in Europe.
