Bry Toll, soprano, is from the D.C. Metropolitan area. She completed her Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance at James Madison University, where she performed Valletto from Monteverdi’s L’incoronazione di Poppea, becoming known for her silvery tone, comedic mannerisms, and unique interpretations. Her craft has brought her abroad to Germany, having performed the roles of Papagena and Zweite Knabe in Mozart’s Die Zauberflöte and Barbarina in Le nozze di Figaro with the Lyric Opera Studio Weimar. Her recent projects with the Shakespeare Opera Theatre in Mclean, VA include the Bloody Child Apparition in Verdi’s Macbeth, and covering Musetta in La bohème. She is excited to premiere Susanna from Le nozze di Figaro as a young artist with the Camerata Bardi Vocal Academy in the summer of 2025.
