Gigi Lin is an NYC based soprano and second-year master’s candidate studying Vocal Performance in Classical Voice and Opera at New York University. A multidisciplinary artist and storyteller, Gigi holds an interdisciplinary Bachelor of Arts degree from Penn State University where she studied fine art and music. Most recently, she appeared as Cupid in Orpheus in the Underworld with Lyric Opera of Orange County, 2nd Wood-Sprite in Rusalka with New Jersey Opera Theater, and 2nd Lady in Die Zauberflötewith New York Opera Forum. In the 2024-2025, she was seen as Norina in Don Pasquale and Frasquita in Carmen with Taconic Opera. Other credits since her operatic debut in 2022 include Poussette (Manon), Naiad (Ariadne auf Naxos), Giannetta (L’elisir d’amore), Suor Osmina/Lay Sister (Suor Angelica), and in scenes as Mimì (La bohème), Fiordiligi (Così fan tutte) and Contessa (Le nozze di Figaro.) gigilin.com
