Mezzo-soprano Mairin Srygley is a versatile storyteller praised for her “palpable sincerity” and musicianship in opera, art song, and contemporary music. Recent highlights include first place in NATSAA Mid-Atlantic Region, her South American concert debut with the Colchagua Vocal Institute of Chile, fellowships with the Toronto Summer Music Festival and Mostly Modern Festival, Mother in Hansel and Gretel with Maryland Opera, and Sister Helen in Dead Man Walking with Opera AACC. In 2026, she competes in the Joy in Singing Competition semifinals and makes her role debuts of Dorabella and La Zia Principessa with Camerata Bardi/Teatro Grattacielo. www.masvoice.org
