Born in Campinas (Brazil), lyric soprano Thaís Costalonga is currently refining her artistry at the Conservatorio di Milano under Sandra Buongrazio. A graduate of UNICAMP in Classical Voice and Conducting, she won the "Best Interpreter of Carlos Gomes" award at the XV Estímulo Cantores Líricos Competition and was a semi-finalist in the 2025 Maria Callas Competition. Her operatic repertoire highlights include Carmen, Le Nozze di Figaro, and Gianni Schicchi. A versatile musician, she has worked extensively as a conductor and participated in international masterclasses and concerts, including the Berlin Sinfonietta, establishing herself as a rising talent.
