William Carr is a bass-baritone with a passion for various styles of music. Born and raised in Houston, Texas, his musical education has led him to explore the world of opera, where he continues to grow as a performer. He is current attends Houston Christian University, where he studies under esteemed soprano Rachel Elizabeth.
William has showcased scenes from Giulio Ceasare, performing the titular role, and as ‘Don Alfonso’ in Così fan tutte. He also performed the role of ‘Don Pedro’ in Béatrice et Bénédict, which incorporated the Shakespearean dialogue from Much Ado About Nothing.
He is honored to mark his debut in Le Nozze di Figaro with Teatro Grattacielo and Camerata Bardi.
