Camerata Bardi Studio is an intensive training program created for developing singers who need focused time, individual guidance, and practical performance experience to strengthen the foundations of their work.

Through voice lessons, individual coachings, masterclasses, audition feedback, dramatic exploration, and professional development, participants work closely with experienced faculty to identify the areas that require attention and develop the tools needed to move forward.

The program culminates in a theatrical performance with piano, giving every participant the opportunity to apply their work in front of an audience while receiving the preparation and support necessary for meaningful artistic growth.

Who is the Studio for?

Camerata Bardi Studio is designed for singers with artistic potential who would benefit from more concentrated development before entering the demands of a complete professional production.

Participants may need additional work in one or more areas, including:

Every singer arrives with different strengths and different needs. The Studio provides an environment in which those needs can be addressed directly, thoughtfully, and individually.

There is no age limit for Camerata Bardi Studio.

How is the Studio different from the International Academy?

Camerata Bardi Studio and the Camerata Bardi International Academy share the same artistic philosophy: singers grow through the integration of vocal, musical, dramatic, and professional training.

The difference lies in the format of the programs and in the level of preparation required from each participant.

The Camerata Bardi International Academy is intended for singers who are ready to enter the fast-paced environment of a complete professional-style opera production. Participants prepare and perform a fully staged opera under professional production conditions.

The Camerata Bardi Studio is intended for singers who would benefit from additional time and focused guidance to strengthen the craft required for that environment. Instead of immediately placing participants into the demands of a fully staged opera with orchestra, the Studio allows greater attention to individual vocal, musical, and dramatic development.

Its culminating performance is presented with piano, allowing the focus to remain on the singer’s growth, preparation, and ability to communicate through performance.

Studio is not a lesser version of the International Academy. It is a distinct and rigorous program created for a different moment in an artist’s development.
